Terms of Use / End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License grant

Subject to these Terms, DC Service EU grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free license to install and use Anti Screen Recorder (the “App”) on devices you own or control, for personal and commercial purposes, free of charge.

2. Ownership

The App, including its code, design, branding, documentation, and related materials, is and remains the exclusive property of DC Service EU. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. License type

The App is distributed as proprietary freeware. It is free to use, but it is not open source. No rights under MIT, Apache, GPL, or any other open-source license are granted.

4. Restrictions

Except where mandatory applicable law expressly allows otherwise, you may not: copy, redistribute, publish, mirror, host, or make the App available for download on any third-party website or service; sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App as a product; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code; remove or obscure proprietary notices; bypass or interfere with security or anti-tampering mechanisms; or use the App to record content you do not have the legal right to capture.

5. No account; local recordings

The App does not require a user account. Screen and audio recordings you create are stored locally on your device, unless you choose to share or transfer them yourself. DC Service EU does not operate a cloud upload service for your recordings through this App.

6. Privacy

Processing of personal data, if any, is described in the Privacy Policy on this page and at dc-service.eu/privacy/. This independently distributed version is intended to operate without advertising networks and without Google Play Billing.

7. Updates

DC Service EU may provide updates, patches, or new versions at its discretion, published on dc-service.eu or other channels designated by DC Service EU. These Terms apply to updates unless accompanied by different terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DC SERVICE EU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE OR ANDROID VERSION.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DC SERVICE EU AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED EUR 0 (ZERO), BECAUSE THE APP IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Acceptable use

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your use of the App, including privacy, employment, and intellectual-property rules regarding screen recording. DC Service EU does not authorize unlawful recording or misuse.

11. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and uninstall it. Ownership, restrictions, disclaimer, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Changes

DC Service EU may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes become available constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria / the European Union framework applicable to DC Service EU, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
