This policy applies to online properties and mobile applications published by DC Service EU (“we”, “us”), including the marketing site dc-service.eu, SuperCeni.com, PriceMe.ie, and the Android apps FuelMe EU‑UK (com.fuelme.app), Anti QR Scanner (com.antiqrscanner.app), Anti Screen Recorder (com.antiscrrecorder.app), and Aura Security & Speed (com.aura.securityspeed).
Operational roles are organised through PLOVDIV Development Hub (product & engineering) and DUBLIN Strategic Ops (distribution, storefront compliance, and strategic operations).

2. What this URL is for
This page is the public Privacy Policy URL used for Google Play Console and similar storefront fields for DC Service EU apps that point here — including Anti QR Scanner at https://dc-service.eu/privacy/ (do not change that storefront URL).
The same content is also available at /privacy.html. Product‑specific pages may add detail (for example FuelMe at https://fuelme.dc-service.eu/privacy.html). In‑app legal screens may mirror this information for offline reading.
3. Website (dc-service.eu)
- ·No user accounts on the marketing site.
- ·Hosting may process server logs and essential technical data.
- ·We use StatCounter (invisible) for basic visit counts; it is not used to sell personal data.

4. FuelMe EU‑UK (com.fuelme.app)
FuelMe is a free, ad‑supported Android app for real fuel prices across the EU & UK. Summary for publisher consistency:
• We do not sell personal driver data for profiling or third‑party marketing. • Location (when granted) is used to show nearby stations — not sold. • Camera may be used for on‑device receipt / scanner flows where offered. • Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers while ads are shown. • Optional Remove ads subscription (SKU fuelme.pro.monthly, reference €2.99/month via Google Play Billing) removes FuelMe ad placements; storefront price prevails. • Community price updates are anonymised before server processing where applicable. • Local preferences and caches stay on the device unless you trigger a feature that needs the network.
5. Anti QR Scanner (com.antiqrscanner.app)
Anti QR Scanner is a minimal QR and barcode reader for Android. This section is the hosted privacy disclosure for the Play Console URL https://dc-service.eu/privacy/.
• Camera frames are processed on‑device (Google ML Kit) for scanning — not uploaded to DC Service EU servers. • Scan history is stored locally on your device. • Free tier may show ads via Google AdMob (advertising identifiers / measurement under Google’s policies). • Anonymous crash or usage signals may be processed via Google Play services where enabled by the platform. • We do not operate our own user‑account database for this app. • Optional Premium (SKU premium_monthly, €1.49/month via Google Play Billing) removes in‑app ads; payment data is handled by Google, not by our servers. • Clear history in‑app, manage ad consent when offered, or uninstall to remove local app data.
6. Anti Screen Recorder (com.antiscrrecorder.app)
Anti Screen Recorder is a minimal Android screen recorder (no watermark). Recordings and preferences are stored locally on the device.

• Screen / audio capture runs for recording features you start; files stay local unless you share them yourself. • Free tier may show ads via Google AdMob. • Optional Premium (reference €1.49/month via Google Play Billing) removes ads; Google processes payments. • We do not sell your recordings or create a cloud account for this app by default.
7. Aura Security & Speed (com.aura.securityspeed)
Aura is a premium device‑health and privacy assistant. Device health analysis and scan reports run on‑device. Aura does not sell personal data and does not use ads.
On the device Aura may access: storage metrics; battery state; CPU/process metrics; labels of already‑enabled non‑system Accessibility services, Device Admins, and Notification listeners (for on‑device security review — never uploaded); optional Usage Access for deeper battery insights; optional POST_NOTIFICATIONS for AutoFix schedules (local notifications only).
Aura does not register as an Accessibility service, Device Admin, or Notification listener. It does not use QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES, does not audit background location, and does not list every installed app. It does not download or store a local LLM model.
Subscriptions use Google Play Billing (SKU aura_premium_monthly, €4.99/month). Production installs may include a 3‑day free full version; when that ends without a subscription, the app stops working until you subscribe. Reinstalling does not restore free access. Payment data is processed by Google, not by Aura servers.

8. Legal bases & retention (GDPR)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on appropriate bases such as contract, legitimate interests (secure operation, support, product improvement), and consent where required (for example runtime permissions or ads consent flows). We retain data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law. Local‑first apps remove most state when you clear app data or uninstall. See /gdpr.html and the Data Deletion page.
9. Third parties
Google (Play Billing, AdMob, ML Kit, Play services) and, where a product still references them, Apple storefront processes apply under their terms. Map, speech, or data providers used when you invoke a feature are subject to those providers’ notices. Aura does not use advertising SDKs.
10. Your rights
